Housing Planner

About the role:

As a Housing Planner, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and planning accommodation for our employees. You will ensure occupancy is optimised and that all locations comply with current laws and regulations.

You will work to the applicable standards and ensure all accommodation is managed in accordance with SNF standards.

What will you do?

•Plan and manage accommodation for employees
•Ensure optimal occupancy of accommodation
•Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
•Monitor compliance with SNF standards and house rules
•Identify and resolve accommodation issues
•Maintain records and resident lists
•Liaise with recruitment consultants, planners and operations
•Check locations for quality and safety
