The experience our organisation has gained by employing staff across different sectors dates back to 1997. Over the years, Top Work Groep started out as a sole proprietorship in greenhouse horticulture. Building on the experience gained over the years, the business made the transition from a sole proprietorship to a temporary employment agency B.V. in 2003.
Top Work Groep sees itself as a partner to its clients. We carry out our work at our clients’ premises as if it were our own workplace. For example, we place our own site managers at every location.

With over 25 years’ experience in greenhouse horticulture, fresh produce and logistics, we know exactly where to look and what to look for. Every member of staff who arrives at your workplace has been screened in advance for skills, attitude and motivation. You focus on your business; we provide the right people at the right time.
Payroll
Payroll, without the hassle
Payslips, contracts, tax payments and pension schemes: they all need managing, but you don’t have to handle them yourself. Top Work Groep has its own team of experienced payroll specialists who take care of this for you every day. Your employees join our payroll, and we take over all the administrative and legal responsibilities of an employer. You pay one invoice and we take care of the rest. This saves you time, reduces risks and lets you focus fully on what’s happening on the shop floor.

Do you have a project that needs to be taken completely off your hands? Top Work Groep takes on entire projects and manages everything from start to finish. From putting together the right team to managing the day-to-day work on site. Our site managers take full responsibility for delivery, so you can focus on your own schedule and customers. You hand over the project; we deliver the results.
Using in-house staff
In-house staff
Some clients have an ongoing need for flexible staff. In that case, we place a dedicated site manager from Top Work Groep at your location. This in-house team member knows your processes, speaks your team’s language and manages the agency workers day to day. No coordinating by email or phone, but direct communication on the shop floor. Our in-house colleague manages the schedule, covers peak periods, resolves issues on the spot and is the regular point of contact for both you and our staff. The result: less miscommunication, quicker responses and a team that runs as if it were entirely your own.
