About the role:
As a Ukrainian Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for the entire process involving our Ukrainian employees. You’ll be the first point of contact, ensure everything is carefully planned and support employees and clients every day.
What will you do?
• Recruiting and selecting Ukrainian candidates
• Daily contact with employees and clients
• Drawing up schedules and staff assignments
• Supporting employees with work, accommodation and registration
• Resolving queries and problems
• Administrative processing (contracts, timesheets)
