Financial Accountant
About the role:
As a Financial Bookkeeper, you are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the financial records. You monitor the organisation’s financial position and provide clear reports to the management team.
What will you do?
• Processing purchase and sales invoices
•Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
•Checking and processing bank transactions
•Preparing weekly and monthly financial reports
•Monitoring cash flow and financial performance
•Preparing month-end, quarter-end and year-end close
•Checking timesheet and payroll records
•Identifying discrepancies and areas for improvement
•Liaising with the accountant and external parties
