Tomato Growing Coordinator

About the role:

As Tomato Growing Coordinator, you are ultimately responsible for the delivery and quality of work in tomato cultivation. You have a specialist role in which you not only oversee the work, but also actively drive quality, efficiency and results.

You work closely with growers and manage several teams and subcontractors. You ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the correct growing methods and quality standards.

What will you do?

• Coordinating all work in tomato cultivation

• Managing employees and subcontractors on site

• Monitoring quality, production and schedules

• Checking and supervising growing activities, including:

• Twisting

• Lowering

• Leaf cutting / leaf removal

• Pruning

• Identifying and resolving issues

• Liaising with growers and clients

• Optimising work processes and staff deployment

• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
